Had my nails and brows done today for my 30th. Lovely guy who did my nails. My nails where super short and probably not the easiest to do but he did them so nice and he was super happy and friendly. Very impressed with this place and will be back ? the lady also did my friend's nails and both our eyebrows and she did an amazing job.

My first time at sky nails i was charged £35 for acrylic extensions and just a basic gel on top which I don?t mind paying for high quality acrylic nails but there?s were very basic. My first concern was the cleanliness, when I sat down the place just looked incredibly dirty and not clean at all. As she was trimming my nail extensions she was just brushing them all onto the floor which I didn?t find very hygienic at all. Whilst I was in there a lady came in to complain that 2 nails had fallen off within the week of getting them done and one nail had also got infected, which when she told them they didn?t really seem to care just told her to sit and wait till one of them was free. Customer service very poor, don?t really talk to you and make you feel very uncomfortable the whole time you?re sat there. They ask you questions about what you want and they don?t really understand what you?re saying. Another lady came in to complain whilst I was sat there because one of her nails had come off in the space of a week and she wanted to get the colour changed as she was bored of it. They tried to pressure her or make her feel guilty and said they would just fix the one that had fallen off. But she stuck to her guns and said she wanted the colour changing. They just make you feel uncomfortable and the place is not friendly at all. They also didn?t do a bottom coat between my acrylic nail and the gel which is not how you do professional acrylic nails and probably why they don?t last as long. I have bumpy bits in my gel polish and when he was using the electric file he filed underneath the nail which has made the underneath of the nail look horrible and go a funny shape. I would advise to avoid this nail place unless you would like an infection.
