Bought a lazyboy Been brilliant so back in March bought another one unfortunately this one having problems with it as cushions gone saggy and dropped making sofa uncomfortable. Scs sent a third party company out to inspect it and said nothing wrong with it and sent a report back had a manager tell me he had same problem with is but they replaced is but not mine absolutely ridiculous. I advise anybody that these problems are on going and wouldn't recommend using this company very bad customer services and badley made furniture and won't be getting my business anymore

quite disappointed is a understatement. my partner and I purchased a sofa and chair to be told it was going out of promotion/ sale on the Monday and now on a television advert we see it is now cheaper than what we paid . Best thing is we haven't even had it delivered yet .I will be sharing my experience on social media.at a time of cost of living crisis and you're staff believe its ok to act in this way.disgusting

sales people In that place are terrible ? puts you off looking for the sofa you want , it was borderline behind begged to buy a certain sofa . had to leave as quickly as possible and not be rude . DFS , a lot better , genuine people that don?t hound you as you look for the sofa you want ??

Very poor. The suite I wanted was half price in all your adverts of the sale... But I store said it was full price. I checked again on line and it was showing half price. You lost a sale.

If I could put no stars I would. Bought a sofa this January. I have had 3 different technicians visit with 3 varying reports. Spent hours on the phone yet they reply with an email saying the senior technician has reviewed the reports and agrees with his technicians - obviously. SCS use a do not reply email so you have to spend hours on the phone again. The senior technician doesn't even have the courtesy to contact me direct . I have asked for my money back but no response therefore I will be contacting trading standards to investigate the noisiest sofa in the world. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks SCS for nothing.

Spent over £1500 in store and its the worst experience ever, dispatch company who delivered the Reclining chair, damaged door casing, muddy marks on new carpet, left all cardboard in the street, they said they would give us some money back still waiting, been to the store in grimsby twice chasing the money and you just get fobbed of, after sales service is a Disgrace, never ever using this company again. 15th July 2021. I had cause to go to the store today as I Couldn't get through to customer service, I was met by Sheneen and Jack who went behond and more to put my problem right they could not do enough for me and we got every thing sorted, your a credit to SCS.

absolutely fantastic service second time buying a suite from SCS the first one lasted 8 years. Excellent furniture real value for money and long lasting. very friendly and very helpful staff, would highly recommend.

Visited ScS at Grimsby to look for furniture for our conservatory, we were greeted at the front door by a lovely young man called Samuel Hall he asked if we needed any help and proceeded to show us certain brands of suites (we wanted lazy boy). It didn't take us long to decide which settee and chair we needed, he sat down with us to explain our choices of standard/manual or power recliner, Samuel gave us the time to make our decision and didn't push the sale. Purchase sorted-delivery organised, this had been one of the best buying experiences we have had in a long time and it's all thanks to Samuel and his ability as a great sales man. Many thanks

We enjoyed our experience at your Grimsby store. When we entered the store, we had a rough idea what we wanted, so when a member of your staff came to help he pointed us in the right direction. After half an hour we had chosen the sofa for us. Then we decided to go for a carpet as well. In no time at all the carpet was chosen the deal was done. Everything was explained even took out the extra insurance on the sofa, which gives piece of mind. The staff where so helpful it made things so easy. Many thanks would recommend to anyone looking for a sofa or carpets. Great job guys...

It was a lovely welcome by Denise in the Grimsby branch. I would recommend this branch to anyone wanting to buy furniture. Denise was very helpful and made us a nice coffee. She let us browse around then we asked for her advice and help on choosing the correct sofa and standard chair. As there is just myself and husband at home now we wanted to down size. We bought a two seater recliner and standard chair in black leather. She explained all the extras on offer with our purchase and we are looking forward to our new furniture arriving. Thank you Denise.
