Ordered something ti click.amd.collect which said there was 3 in stock. On collection told they couldn't find and it had been ordered but we needed it there and then so asked for a refund. Apparantly couldn't give a refund
Explained we needed item and it wasn't our fault and asked to speak to manager. Manager wasn't in!! So we've had to fork.out twice for item and got to wait 3 days for a refund. Won't be using again, customer service shocking!!!

I went in to try buy some motherboard screws for my pc but they said they don't sell them but one of the workers called Rob went above and beyond to help me he went out of his way to get me the screws and even brought some thermal paste with him so I could build my pc I would suggest using thesesguys as they helped me with what I needed

Came in for a windows handle as mine had broken, really nice lady helped me out and found a replacement, it was absolutely spot on so next day I came back for another as a spare for next time. Great service, friendly people make it all so much nicer experience.
