Great service, visited to check my contact lens prescription. Emily found it had changed after completing a through eye check. My long distance sight is better now I have the right set up for my eyes. So hopefully my golf which I use the lenses for will improve also. The lens order was placed quickly and easily, and the first order was included in the examination fee.Can't thank you enough Emily will come to see you again.

Gave me a prescription that caused severe aniseikonia and distortions when reading and instead of trying to fix it by reducing the strength, flatly told me I had 20/20 vision and there was nothing that could be done, so I had to get a refund for the glasses. My £30 for the eye test was not refunded, so I had to go and pay for another eye test elsewhere.When there is a different level of astigmatism in each eye, you have to be aware of problems that this can cause if you're just going to give a prescription to aim for 20/20 distance vision, being able to do things like reading books is kind of more important than being able to see miles into the distance.

First time visit here to have 2 pairs of sunglasses repaired.Was assisted promptly and politely by Emily and Estelle.Expected to have to come back another day to collect my sunglasses, but was invited to wait. Both pairs were done, as new, within 10 minutes...and free of charge!! (With optional donation to charity box)Can't recommend highly enough!

Very disappointing experience as the prescribed glasses did not give me clear long distance vision. A recheck was undertaken and the prescription was stated to be correct, and a physical adjustment made. I had to resort to going to another optician who have dispensed glasses that are absolutely fine. I have given direct feedback to the optician, but all I got was a sorry. An expensive mistake on my part.
