Fabulous service from start to finish. The level of customer service is excellent from every single member of staff. The eye/contact lense test was very thorough and professional with everything fully explained. Nothing is too much trouble and my glasses and lenses were ready within a week. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Eye test and new glasses time has come around once again. As always I visited Robert Marshall Eyecare. The pre examination tests were conducted in a friendly stress free manner. My time with the optician was also relaxed with each step of the process and the results explained clearly to me. Choosing my new glasses was a pleasure. The optical assistant selected which would suit me but then happily allowed me to try on many other frames before choosing their suggestions. All in all a very pressure free experience during which I definitely felt I could take as much time as I needed and that my well being was of upmost importance.

I have been a patient at Robert Marshalls for a very long time. I have recommended lots of people, the service and the staff are great. Unfortunately since his retirement and the take over from a chain of opticians, I believe based in Newcastle we are no longer allowed to use the toilet. Whats next i wonder, will it lose its great service !!
