My wife and l recently stayed at the Grimsby Premier Inn and would like to say a big thank you to Jannine in the restaurant who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. My wife has recently had a hip replacement operation so is still a bit slow with her walking, but Jannine directed us to a ground level table and gave us superb service in a very professional but friendly way, we couldn't have wished for anyone better. Thank you Jannine!

Decent hotel

The area is good and the hotel was decent not the best but definitely did the job for a good nights sleep.
Food and drinks: The service was excellent, thank you to the staff especially Jannine for being very friendly and catering us with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely be coming back and recommend to anyone.

I want to give my commendations to Janine in particular, she's been a wonderful, helpful and cheerful hostess in the restaurant. Nothing bad to say about her!
My only complaint are the stains on the bathroom walls in the room, and the heating automatically turning on at 6:30am giving my some tiddy sweat.

Food was good, but the hotel must be one of the last ones to get an upgrade feels outdated and the so called anti slip in the shower is pointless
Safety: Don?t try to move around in the shower massive slip hazard

This Premier Inn was great. The staff were excellent. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. Jan?ine, Cleo and Stacie looked after us very well.

Its pretty grim at grimsby premiere inn .. rooms are tatty and well worn. Pubes in the sink.. towels didnt look clean. Staff were friendly and helpful enough but didnt feel this was a great place to stay .. should really be relegated from premiere league down to local sunday match, after a night out on it kind of vibe.
Rooms: Not up to usual standard. I stay in a few for work. This place is below average

Rooms could be cleaner and abit of air freshener wouldn't go a miss, service was very poor, takes ages to get served and when you do get served they forget your food and offer you everyone else's breakfast

Everything was as expected. Location good for where I had to be. Staff are polite and helpful when needed. Breakfast was ok but bacon not great. Buttttttt there was blood stains on the bed sheet and on the pillow. This made me believe the sheets hadn't been changed as the blood was on the part of the pillow that touched the blood on the sheet. If these where old stains and the sheets had been washed it's unlikely they were washed just as one set and put back in the same order. There was also the leafy bit of a strawberry on the floor further adding to the thought of the room not being properly clean. Very basic stuff that makes a big difference to a stay. Luckily just stayed a night and barely spent time in the room.

Breakfast should start at 6am for people who are working way. not everyone starts work 7.30 and has to travel 45 minutes to work , Grimsby please open your doors at 6am please so we can get a hot drink and cereal at least. thank you .this is a serious problem for people working away from home. travel lodge breakfast starts opens a 6am just saying

Regularly came here to the bar/restaurant for food and drink. Was great value for money with excellent staff. If Premier had kept it open then ???????? easily deserved. 1 star now, a crazy decision by Premier Inns to close the popular bar. Special mention to Jordan and Allen who tirelessly worked here, now sadly made redundant!

Jess who checked us in was fantastic. We were a big group from a charity in London but she checked us in quickly and answered all of our questions with a smile.
What you expect from a Premier inn in terms of room and location but Jess? warm welcome was above and beyond
