A little disappointed, first time visit from Scunthorpe and was expecting a little more, car parking was on the small size, restaurant was ok nowhere near as good as South Hykeham which is a fantastic garden centre and shall continue to use in the future.

Lucky to receive a voucher for Christmas for afternoon tea at Pennels. As it was our wedding anniversary on 17th March we saved to voucher for then Just been this afternoon and had thoroughly enjoyable meal. Very tasty sausage roll, fresh selection of finger sandwiches. Scones with jam and clotted cream and other cakes also. PLUS a pot of tea. Couldn't fault it at all. Just wondering how long we should wait before we go again.

Good garden centre and gift shop, with an excellent range of cards for all occasions to go with those gifts. Excellent coffee shop with a large range of food and delicious cakes.

Very nice place to visit. Always find garden centres a little expensive quality of everything seems very good. We had a meal here tbh was very good again a little dear but you do get what ya pay for and a reasonable amount of food. Service was quick even tho they were short staffed over all pretty good

The staff are always there to help. You need to know anything to do with gardening ,from weeds to perennials they will advise you the best way , always trust worthy they know there stuff

Some staff seem kind others very much adhering to policy.Clearing away breakfast options in front of me while trying to catch someone?s attention that I?d like a breakfast to no avail.Joined queue at 11.25 ish and cut off for breakfast was 11.30 fair enough that I didn?t reach the till til past the cut off as they were understaffed I?m just unimpressed with the inflexibility, possible food waste (not sure where the beans, mushrooms etc go) and being ignored while queuing.They run a tight ship! Just a bit too tight for me!

I had the misfortune to have one of the sausage rolls. Truly awful. Oily fatty pastry with some sort of pinky mush filling passing itself off as sausage. Felt ill rest of day!

Lovely garden centre, with a love tea room. I had the Gluten Free apple pie and it was delicious. Highly recommend as all staff polite and friendly

Popped in for a takeaway sandwich for lunch, staff very friendly, had a ham sandwich no salad, with normal hobos bread out the packet and 3 small chocolate biscuits, £9.45 wow!!!! Can?t believe it! Extortionate is an under statement
