I had a fantastic experience today visiting pandora, I was buying for my sister's 40th birthday tomorrow and I wanted something special. The lady who helped me called Mia went above and beyond to help me and was extremely helpful! I will definitely be visiting again for presents. The manager I spoke to was very helpful to very friendly and welcoming ?

Wanted to get a birthday present for our daughter today the assistant went above and beyond was lovely from beginning what we wanted did not have in stock she tried everything yo get it for us in time for daughters birthday rang other stores and arranged for bracelet to arrive ? in 2 days time. Left store got a phone call later in afternoon from Linda had had a delivery and what we wanted had come in such personal attention and service, do not get that on Internet, THANKYOU Linda so much you went above and beyond xxxxxx wonderful service

Visited pandora Grimsby the other day and the assistant was very helpful and i didnt feel pressured to buy. Despite covid was able to try on several different bracelets unfortunately my size not being in stock I in the end i came out with a gorgeous ring i couldn't resist instead ?. Lovely friendly helpful assistants and gorgeous jewellery too!
