Bought and paid for a shower enclosure online.Company confirmed sale and then refunded. Claimed no stock but I had already checked with the manufacture and they confirmed the enclosure was in stock. !!I emailed explaining this, but didn't get a response and also noted the price of the enclosure had increased by over £200 online.Mistakes happen but it is always better to admit them and not try and hide.Trading standards next one stop. !!

Very impressed with the high level of customer service I received when ordering a bath tub and radiator.Called in to find out if the items were in stock and the friendly person I spoke to said that they would look out for the order, and push it through. How nice is that? The prices are very competitive (the reason for the order), but I really didn't expect this level of service, so thank you very much!Items were delivered safely, well packaged and by an excellent courier who contacted me and delivered when they said they would. 5 stars from start to finish.I'll be coming back for more when I do the ensuite and cloakroom.Buy from this company, you will be very happy. Thanks!!!!!

I bought toilet pan well in advance of plumber visiting. When pan inspected by plumber I found out I had bought the wrong one. Despite being over 28 days from delivery the company swapped it for me with free delivery and pick up. Great service.

Had to share what a brilliant company this was to deal with. Lindsey in particular was amazing, dropping everything to help when we had a last-minute issue at my end. Really supportive service - highly recommended.

I ordered a large amount of Roca bathroom furniture and fittings for our 2 new en-suites. The whole order was dealt with personally by the owner, and throughout she was highly professional - and even took the trouble to ring me outside their opening hours to deal with queries. Although there was limited stock (due to Brexit probably as lorries were stuck in ports) - she managed to source all items, and have them delivered. We had a problem with an incorrect pick from a warehouse, but all this was dealt with and items collected and returned. The customer service was excellent, and the price was highly competitive. Thank you to the team there!
