Very poor service, ordered a little party dress and shoes for a very special day for my daughter and the parcel is delayed and I got no confirmation when the parcel is at the shop. My daughter is very upset by this. Next has gone down hill with. there products. I have been a next member for over 12 years and this is how they repay their customers. Also they didn't let me put it on the next account I had to pay in full. Not a happy customer right now.

Varies from place to place for the most part staff at larger stores are more helpful and polite and take the time to help customers locate goods and will also find alternatives / larger sizes if asked
