As of late store has drastically gone down hill as I work in retail my self we go above and beyond and put our customers first on this particular morning I went to get some bread to find the shelf filler putting stock out when I asked her if she had any of the bread I was looking for she said its only just come in and she had lots to get through not even suggesting I'll pop in the back to look for you I'm thinking about changing were I shop . shelfs always empty never got what you want just so untidy

I am not sure what is going on with this shop the last couple of months but the shelves are always bare, the freezers are always broken and the quality of fruit and veg has gone downhill. They never have enough tills open which I'm sure is so they can cut staff and force people to use the self check outs which not everyone likes to use. They do however have some good offers on the app and I think the cafe food is decent compared to other supermarket food.
