Joanne Smith from Kitchen Department was amazing in helping and advising us when choosing and designing our new kitchen for our forever home. It had to be right and in budget and Jo did not let us down. She had fantastic ideas and guided us when my crazy ideas would not work out to get to something that would. I highly recommend her and the fab choices at MKM for a perfect kitchen. Cannot wait to start using everything. Thankyou Jo x

Avoid! We run a local company and simply one of my colleagues asked a simple question as to why their prices are far more expensive than their competitors in the area. My colleague did not expect to be spoken to like a piece of dirt on the bottom of a shoe, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt and advised my colleague that they did not ask him to buy from there and did not need our custom as they are busy enough without us which is why they did not need to be competitive on prices. I do not appreciate my staff being spoken to in this way as a local company i am aware of customer service and that gentleman needs to learn some as every customer matters in business no matter how big or small!

Would be 0 stars if I could, delivery didn?t arrive on time and when I contacted MKM?s stated next day that day came and went. I gave them one more chance delivery arrived but wrong materials arrived what a disgrace I ended up sending materials back and cancelling order now I?m back at square one and have taken my custom elsewhere !

Appalling customer service , Very rude and abrupt. The gentleman behind the counter seems to believe that Mkm do not need small local businesses custom as they are busy enough without them. Every Customer counts in business that is the first thing you should know in business/customer service
