Carol and Rachel what Lovely Ladies and what a Fantastic Store to shop in Freshney Place Grimsby for the things you need, there is a five pound Voucher Deal on and it is well worth getting it. what a real pleasure to go into a shop that has such friendly staff and nothing is to much trouble, Ladies i will be back and thank you again for helping me out . 5 stars well earned ,

We have had a couple of wonderful experiences in store recently. All the staff, but especially the store manager was so knowledgeable and helpful. We left with the perfect family tent that we are really happy with.

The staff in this store are doing the MOST, especially Rachel!! They?re great! So helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Can?t recommend enough.
The store is on the smaller side but they stock a variety of camping and outdoor products/clothing. Best interaction I?ve had in a store in?ever!
They are really decently priced too, I got a great sized bag (25L) with loads of storage space and pockets for just £12!

We visit the store on a regular basis, and we must say Everytime we go in the staff are extremely helpful. On this occasion we was served by Heather who gave us great customer service, and great advice on the things we were buying. Thanks very much Heather.
