My partner went here after a late night out for food for both of us and while he was waiting for the order some guy took our bags and walked out saying that he had ?free food?. Obviously my partner saw this and went to the woman at the counter and said that guy just stole our order and gave the order number, she said it was that number but when my partner showed her his phone to show that it was his order + order number, she then denied that it was his order? she then got told to make another one. I?m just as confused as anyone else would be and i'm not even picking up the order! This is my first bad review of this place as I?ve never had anything negative happen before here. Be careful when ordering at night as you never know what could happen.

I am not a McDonald's fan, but I arrived late at the hotel and I had to grab something to eat. I thought why not McDonald's?! I ordered a Grilled chicken salad and fries. Worst choice ever: the lettuce is almost dried and the 2 slices of tomatoes and 2 of cucumber were probably cut since a day before. Only 2 small pieces of chicken... And the fries, could have stayed longer in the deep fat fryer.
I am not bringing up the fact that you get no receipt after paying, so you have to remember the amount you paid for the employee to identify the order...
I am not recommending the food at McDonald's Grimsby! Horrible! The only good thing was the water...

Ordered 31pounds worth of food for myself my friend and 3 kidson just eat, the app never updated took me 5 tries to get hold of the restaurant, to be told the driver marked it down as deliver on his end 2 hours ago but we never received any food so the driver kept the food for himself.

When I order food it takes ages to arrive and the shop is way too overly busy for its size so you can?t sit in there. Shop is a total waste of time

Always send the wrong order or missing items absolutely shocking! Staff no help at all uber eats refused refund due to having one the month before for the same issue! Refuse to order via mcdonalds app as always goes from here and is always wrong! Staff need training and also need more observation on the orders that are getting sent out.

The food is great but we had a member of staff who came up with our order with a face so Mardy and gave us a awful look with her face, then dumps the food on the table and walks straight off. Didn?t put the food down nicely it was practically thrown at us. We know the name of the member who did it as we saw the name on the badge. Not a very good member of staff.

Used the self service kiosk to place my order and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my order was made considering it was a faily busy lunch time. Staff were lovely when handing me my order and were happy to help when I asked for sauces. Dining area was kept clean and tidy and they were quick to clear up tables as they emptied.
