Prices are much higher than main shop which is short distance away and a lot of the staff extremely rude!!! Don't get me started using the posting services. Always issue with equipment, it's expected you carry a passport, driving licence, council tax, birth certificate and any other document you might own just to collect your pet food! Every time been to this store always a very negative experience and its amazing how they manage to piss you off for the 5-10 min you are there!
