Used Parkinson's twice. The last time we ate in. This time we had a takeaway. Sorry to say this but the chips were hard on the inside. Had to throw them away. I'm sure this was just a one of. I would still recommend this place especially for the customer service. Nice staff.

Went in with my 13yr old granddaughter to get some school trousers. The two assistants on the click and collect/checkout went above and beyond what we expected. They went and found various products for her to try and found what we wanted.

So , we mainly shop in this store at Christmas , however we tried the cafe and didn't know what to expect.
It was quite late in the afternoon so around 2pm so certain things wasn't available.
There was quite a big queue but it moved quick and unlike other places we've eaten in the town centre the staff was very calm and friendly , not an ounce of stress in their voice or attitude.
We have an autistic child who's on a sensory diet which we explained and we was told by the very polite gentleman don't even worry about that
The food was lovely as was the milk shakes and cakes and we definitely felt welcome.
100% hats off to the staff especially the lad who went above and beyond for every one and made you feel welcomed and comfortable
Cannot praise the place enough

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered Christmas food collection only to be told on collection that it wasn?t there and nothing they could do. Customer service did not care.

Good reliable store

Don't really use the place.
Their vegetarian selection appears to be insulting worthless and pricey or own-brand veggie pizzas both blandly displayed and harrowingly scarce of ingredients.
Staff seem fine and people, I know, do speak highly of the quality of their stock.
Glass half empty....
Nice to repair clothes that aren't damaged deliberately, perhaps make them to a higher standard? It's a bit two edged to state that our quality is beyond reproach, but on the offchance it's not....

Lady in front of me asked if her table could be cleaned. The response was not "of course", but "we've only got three staff on at the moment." It was cleaned, but if you haven't got enough staff, you either get more or close a section so that you can cope. Overall the food and drinks were good, but chairs, floors, tables and tray return areas did leave a little to be desired.
