Wish I'd known about these years ago, I have extremely heavy periods and very conscious when I'm out, I wore them along with my regular sanitary products, I having motorcycle lessons so very conscious as my riding jeans are a very pale blue and was apprehensive about leaks, not any more, my period was the last thing on my mind today. 1 very happy motorcycle rider.

The cafe is supposed to open at 9am. We arrived at 9.10am and stood outside the barrier. The cafe staff ignored us and only told a gent who tried the barrier that they weren?t opening until 9.30am. Obviously things happen and delays occur; but it would have been better customer service if they even put a note on the opening times board advising of the delay. Wholly unimpressed & went elsewhere.

Very poor customer service considering the reputation of the store. Cafe staff are rude, unless your a regular. How do these people get jobs in customer service with zero customer service skills???

My daughter found a table at the café so she could feed her baby whilst I bought lunch. The cafe person was shouting for us not to take a table before we had purchased and continued to make passive aggressive comments in earshot. We go out to have a pleasant time not to be treated like school children and told off by people who are supposed to be polite .many people who go there are elderly and have to seat their parents before they can manage their drinks it's alwyybeem like this.
