Unable to collect prescription medication since last week as pharmacy do not cover annual leave nor notify the doctors surgery or patients, but still accept prescriptions electronically from GP. Been waiting a week for cellulitis meds and thyroxine, but unable to give me prescriptions back as all ready made up, so had to go through doctors again . Very unhelpful rude staff, not bothered just say ring head office. Rang doctors they advised to change chemist and they will send there. Very poor service- shameful as the happens frequently and it?s not just a one off. If you can?t provide the service then don't accept prescriptions.

A busy, yet small pharmacy.Staffed well, bit of a wait, but you can see the friendly staff are going as quickly as they can.
