I had an appointment and was seen quickly after I arrived. Only 2 staff in store so were both very busy. Tyre was checked, damage explained and a new tyre fitted. Very reasonable price for the tyre.

MOT was failed on an advisory! Took it to another garage and it passed. They?d had 2 other complaints from Kwik-Fit that same day! Disgusting

I've had issues with my van for a few weeks now. Has been to a few mechanics, issues were found and rectified. But, the initial problem still remained. Stuart, of Kwik Fit Grimsby, was literally with the vehicle for a few minutes and found the issue. Thanks mate, has been driving me insane for weeks. If only I had found you sooner.

Called Kwik Fit Grimsby for an air con regas for my daughter?s car, we got an appointment for the next day (Sunday) & it was done within the hour, we was also informed how much gas was left in the car & the volume of gas they had put in. Very polite & efficient service at such short notice from the telephone call to collecting the car

I had a warning light on my car this morning about tyre pressure issues. Because I work out of town a lot I needed to check the car was ok to drive (had a screw lodged in a tyre 3 weeks ago). I phoned Grimsby branch and the manager was really friendly and helpful. Took the car in same day, quick service provided. The young lad (sorry I didn?t get his name) was lovely, polite, did a great job. Couldn?t fault the help at all. Thanks so much.

We were due to go on holiday to Northumberland when I noticed that the pressure in one of our front tyres was very low. I took our car into Kwikfit in Grimsby in the hope that it could be sorted. Despite it being Easter Saturday and them being very busy and apparently short staffed, Paul was very professional and efficient in fitting me in and identifying a puncture caused by a nail. He repaired the tyre immediately and allowed us to go on our holiday with minimal delay. We cannot thank him enough for such speedy and efficient service.
