I was having difficulty transferring money to buy a car. The help desk/ call centre were useless. I'm used to dealing with overseas callcentres in my work but HSBC ones seem to be on a different level of incompetence.Fortunately an excellent person at the Grimsby branch sorted the problem out quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The other staff members I saw at the Grimsby branch were also friendly and from what I observed were doing splendid work helping customers. The staff at the Grimsby branch are a credit to the Bank and I hope that their work is appreciated .

May as well close off Grimsby branch as it's pretty useless. Staff is rather rude and not sure what they do all day and what's their purpose.

I understand everyone has been struggling in this pandemic but this bank has been more than useless it's never open and when it is we work the same hours so can't get our money out of savings the wife goes today to take out our holiday money and its totally closed she now has to drive to scunthorpe total joke we will be leaving them.and going somewhere else
