Extremely unhappy with my hair and how it turned out. Spoke to the girl who did this and she wasn?t at all helpful. Her photos she posts on instagram are misleading and edited and not at all the way your hair looks when you leave the salon.

Unfortunately not great! There was hardly any consultation about my hair or choice of style. Stylists were nice but I didnt feel welcome, if I hadn't spoke a few times it would have been almost silent!.

I love going to heaven hair. You're always made to feel welcome. There is always a discussion on what you want doing and always giving an honest answer, which I love as there's nothing worse than being told yes that will look great, but then it doesn't. The products they use are amazing, and my hair is in great condition as I use the products they sell. The ladies go above and beyond. Thank you, heaven hair ??

It?s only my second time of coming here and on both occasions I have taken in a photo of what I would like and Naomi has done an amazing job and she has really got my hair in a better condition. I am so pleased with the results and never had so many lovely comments about my hair xx
