“I was let in on my mobility scooter the car park entrance by a very nice assistant who greeted me me with a cheerful good morning. He opened the door for me and asked if he could help. I answered yes please and told him I wanted a fan about 18 inches diameter. He showed me one on the counter and I asked if he had a pedestal one ? He showed me one and I said that’s it a Clarkes 18 inch one . I said would it fit on the floor of my scooter do you reckon ? He promptly put it on for me . I said thank you. I have got one of these I’ve had it now a few years and my wife uses it so I decided to get her one the same. I paid him and got on the scooter ( only just. ) It was a bit of a squeeze but I managed to. He waited while I turned around to exit the building, then he opened the door again for me and wished me a goodbye , and stay safe and have a nice day. I said “ thank you I will and the same to you. With that I was out and on the way home. What a nice helpful guy . I surprised my wife with the fan and promptly started to assemble it. It was up in 20 minutes and working beautifully. Then I unplugged mine and took it in to the living room room ready for watching the football tonight? I thourghly recommend this shop if you need and thing like this . They do value your custom. “I went in to try buy some motherboard screws for my pc but they said they don't sell them but one of the workers called Rob went above and beyond to help me he went out of his way to get me the screws and even brought some thermal paste with him so I could build my pc I would suggest using thesesguys as they helped me with what I needed”

Always helpful staff although floor staffing levels always seem to be at a minimum level, but this is how all B&Q stores appear to operate
