I bought a bicycle for my son here, but when I came to have it repaired, the woman seemed unwilling to fix it. The tire had a puncture, and after she pumped it up, it went flat again in about 3 minutes. She kept saying it just needed more air, but I told her it was damaged. However, she kept insisting that it was OK

Halfords Grimsby have a Good team of staff who know their stock, I found them extremely helpful and ready to advise on what I needed.
