Went in today and bought a £300 citizen watch and was discreetly sold the display one. She didn’t even tell me it was the display one and put it in a box and sent me on my way. She didn’t even size the watch to me ether. When I came back in once I’d realised what had happened, I asked why I’d been sold the display...

Went to get my Breitlings bracelet swapped around since it was on the wrong way, the guy took about 10 minutes and completely scratched up the watch while doing it ;( all I got in return was him charging nothing for it. Very upset since this is a very expensive watch, which was treated so recklessly
