The older staff wearing glasses, no moral, no respect to customers. I got my YouTube high five rewards and asked for taking a short video and I just ate in 1 bite there in the shop, then she came over and stopped ? me, it brings down my mood immediately ?? poor customer service! If there is not allowed ? for filming why don?t put the stickers or signs for warning ??

Food is always tasty and warm. Prices aren?t too bad considering but the queuing is always a little awkward cause the shop is small.

ALL I WANT IS A WARM STEAK BAKE!!I've had cold ones 4 times on the bounce - even tried a Cheese & Bean one as they looked fuller and therefore thought they had come out of the oven sooner - still freezing!Going right off Greggs- I'm all about the Cooplands these days.Older staff are pretty rude aswell.

It pains me to give it one star to be honest. They say the young generation are rude. It seems the older staff in Greggs are ruder. I am that appalled by the treatment of customers that I am emailing head office. Their lucky their. in work.

Just want to say thank you to the lovely Lesley at your grimsby Greggs today. My little girl spilt her hot choc and soaked her donut to which Lesley came over when she heard her crying. She was so lovely towards her and cleaned up at the same time, she then went onto replace her hot choc and donut and was so kind to her brother and cousins too.
Thank you Lesley you really went above and beyond to a point where when we left the store my little girl said she was a really nice lady mummy.
Thank you again, have a lovely Christmas x

Poor customer service and if the male member of staff serving this lunchtime had been more aware of me than a female colleague he would have possibly managed to get my order correct. I asked for a steak bake and a chicken bake and now I find I have two chicken bakes it separate bags .......... Disappointed!

Friendly staff and well presented.Food was cooked well ?, no faults at all.Clean store even though there are customers in & out all the time.There was a good selection of produce on display.
