Just had excellent service from Tracey the manager and her staff
Nothing was too much trouble I rang the day before to see if the ring i wanted and it was so went the next day but unfortunately said ring wasn't in my size I have very small fingers but Tracey ordered it online for me and I still got online discount
Ring was delivered today 12th and it's beautiful Tracey asked me to give her a call to let her know everything was okay with delivery
Tracey and her staff are a credit to your store

I bought two pairs of earrings today and the staff in store were lovely and super helpful.
I have allergies and can only wear real gold and keep loosing expensive jewellery because earrings backs keep falling off.
The three members of staff Kelly, Ju & Codey were all so great, helping me find exactly what I was looking for and also suggested and showed me special backs to prevent me loosing any of my earrings from now on!
Thanks to all three of them!!
I am very grateful to be back wearing earrings and not having to worry about loosing them!

My ring was found faulty by resizing and Tracey ( the manager) was excellent at sorting out the issue going beyond and above as we had originally misplaced the receipts and spent her time trying to find it on the system and ringing back and forth with updates. Tracey managed to sort out a ring in a exchanged and was very nice about the whole situation. I am so grateful of the good customer service and the patience she had with the whole situation so thank you

Jo and Tracey were extremely helpful and very pleasant people. They both helped me with a couple of watches I purchased over a few weeks. I highly recommended going to see them if your on the lookout for some jewellery.

Popped in today to view a ring we had seen online that had been catching our eye for months.
Staff were super friendly, very attentive and helpful without being pushy.
All the team present were nothing but wonderful, a special mention to Tracey for providing wonderful service and showing impressive intuition regarding the rings and her customers.
We will definitely return for wedding rings.
