Visited twice during my holiday at Cleethorpes. Loved the open view on the brewery and on sunday even able to take a closer look. Interesting for a Homebrewer to see how the kit setup was. Had a couple of good chats about the beers, used ingrediënts, colabs and upcoming events. For that last, on wednesday I've seen that it looks promising with the new tap coolers. Enjoyed the unique smooth cask ales and the juicy neipa's from keg. Bought some cans for home and merchandise. The sticker is on the extractor hood of my homebrewery among other visited breweries, thnx!?

I like this place, it's a nice place to sit in or out, good tunes but don't rely on this place for food because their website stated that Good burger would be on the premises on 20th and 21st June and that was part of the reason we thought we'd drive through from Scunthorpe to have a craft beer and a great burger. They werent there and aren't expected until the following weekend apparently despite what the website said.
Thing is it leaves you in a situation of having to go and find food somewhere else at a time of the afternoon where everything on Freeman St was either closing or not due to open til later in the evening.
Also some beer descriptions aren't too accurate, the Dubh stout was described as silky smooth but it turned out to be quite fizzy and sour tasting.
Following on from this review, I actually ordered some merch because they do have cool merch and I wanted to put something away for my partner for Christmas, the courier did not deliver the parcel even though we were in, they never even came to our area, I had to post across community to thankfully find a out by sheer luck that the parcel has been dumped at a random address 1.5 miles away! Docks Beers have been completely unresponsive to requests for help so had I not found the parcel, would I have had to go to small claims court to get a refund? For a company that wants people to be mail order customers for their beer, they need to be proactive at dealing with issues associated with the courier they are using!

Brilliant brewery. Visited there as an away fan, made to feel very welcome. Great beers, great people and nice little food pop up as well. Highly recommend

Brewery Tour.
We had the pleasure of taking part in a fantastic brewery tour on Sunday. To say the tour was generous in time and tastings would be an understatement - the talk was informative and we were given a fantastic array of beers to try. Lewis is a great brewer and did a great job of showing and explaining the process and varieties of beer. All staff were really attentive.
We also had some excellent food from the regular food stall outside (brisket loaded fries) which was delicious.
All in all, if you like your beer, this place is a must visit.

Very friendly staff, helped with beer descriptions and suggestions for your preferences.
Good choice of guest cans also, but was plenty of their own beer to choose from.
Dan served me, sorted me with some cans to go. A really nice lad.

DOCKS Beers is a former church turned into a brewery and brewery tap. There is a nice seating area at the front of the building and long benches and tables next to the brewery tanks. There is an extensive range of beers, larger and cider, with a wide range of craft beers. The staff are very friendly and obliging, offering me a taster of a beer i was unsure of. There is a wide range of beers to take away and brewery merchandise. This is a beer lovers Paradise listed in the camera good Beer Guide, a visit is very highly recommended. Dog friendly.
