I had an amazing massage this morning @De-Lovely on Waltham Road! Kate was amazing as always and they were so great with their Covid-19 safety precautions - they made me feel very safe and comfortable. Supporting small businesses is so important right now as like other salons they have suffered a lot recently !
It really was amazing and I REALLy needed it!

My wife at Christmas received from her best friend a voucher to the value of £20.00 to spend on herself at De-Lovely Salon in Grimsby.I found the voucher today 7th September 18 and rang the salon, leaving a message on their answer phone this morning to get the voucher renewed for my wife.Karen from the salon rang me back about 10 minutes later and explained that there was nothing that could be done to renew the voucher as it was out of date.Arguably the voucher should have been spent within the timeframe, however, when dates meet real life,,,,,thing change.I explained to Karen that we have been away for sometime and that the voucher only ran out in June 2018, however the response was ?there is nothing we can do? sorry.I think the salon has dealt with a simple voucher renewal very badly, as issuing another voucher would not have caused an issue for the business as cash bought it in the first place,, the voucher £20.00value now represents clear profit to the salon.Effectively my wife?s friend bought a piece of paper for £20.00, which is now worthless, which is such a shame for her.Over the years we have received vouchers (from reputable companies) from many dear friends, all of which have been Renewed without issue.So please be aware that this company appears not to be interested in ?good relationship? with its customers.Avoid buying vouchers from De-Lovely salon and give your loved ones cash instead, where they can spend wherever they like, because if you miss the end date your are effectively giving the business free money.On the final note, their website does not mention time limited vouchers at all.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, very private, brilliant treatment wether it being facial or massage, they put effort in client satisfaction and client centred approach. Love it been their customer since 2015 and never go anywhere else.
