Visited store to browse for a new household appliance and a tall staff member with glasses called Peter would not stop bugging us. Following us around store and asking too many question. I only wanted to browse. Poor attitude.

Went in looking to make multiple purchases, store wasn?t busy with plenty of staff around, approached one member of staff who was sat down to ask a question about a fridge, he barely let me talk before saying someone else will come and help you, he didn?t move from his chair the entire time I was in store, after waiting by the fridges for 10 minutes and not being helped I moved to the hoovers, i asked a girl who was passing by if she could help me with the one I wanted to purchase, she said go to the girl in green and she will help you, i went to her and she was stood with two other members of staff, asked them the same question that I wanted to purchase this hoover that was on display, they said if I go wait by the hoovers some one will come and help me, I waited for 10 minutes while they just continued there conversation with each other, I?d had enough and took my £1300 purchase else where. This store is an absolute joke, so many staff but none of them are interested if you ask for help they just tell you to wait.

Absolute shambles of a store. Worst customer service team ever. Would probably help lf any of them were over the age of 20 and not stood around talking amongst them selves. Just stood in the store for over 45 minutes looking at laptops 4 other customers got approached not one came to see us. When I finally asked for some assistance was told someone would be with us yet 10 mins later still waiting. Walked out the store and took my £1000 purchase elsewhere.

I have made a few purchases over the years at this particular curry?s and everything has always been great. With my latest purchase, I was helped by the fantastic Dee and she was so amazing, she gave me great advice, she made me feel at ease, and she answered every question I had (which was a lot). I?m super grateful for her hospitality and if you?re thinking of buying anything, I would certainly recommend talking to her!

We understand from another member of staff (who was nice) that it was the manager that dealt with our query. Went to purchase a product but the box was damaged and so we asked if it could be opened to ensure it was okay. This man said it couldn?t be opened until we purchased the product. Makes no logical sense since the product was a return and had previously been opened (previous buyer had written the date on the instructions) and was discovered when we opened it in the car park of the store. To simply say there was enough packaging in the box was not good and if he had opened it, he would have noticed this was the only area in the box that lacked packaging.

Second time this has happened now, first time thought it was a one off. Last week we went to Curry?s Grimsby to buy a washing machine after ours broke. There was only us, and 2 other customers in the store, and I counted 8 members of staff. We were ignored for 10 mins while some staff were laughing and joking around the till and other staff were just stood doing nothing around the store. I went to ask for help at the till, and I was told someone would be there soon. The man didn?t even look at me when he was speaking to me and then just carried on with their conversation. We waited another 20 minutes and nobody came, so we left! I don?t know how these people are supposed to run a shop like this? This happened to me previously when trying to buy an airfryer from here?
Went to Euronics in Barton upon Humber instead, worth the 30 min drive to actually receive customer service, which was outstanding!
