Staff there is joke very rude to people

Usually this site is spotless and friendly enough, but today there were flies everywhere, even with the bug lamps, and some had infiltrated the bakery stands.
The staff member making my drink left the room for a while citing an issue with the machine, but left my cup and the ingredients out, and due to this I was greeted later with a dying fly crawling out of my latte lid.
I always loved this site, but today was a miss, unfortunately. Hoping to amend this in future if the bug management and prevention improves.

Staff can be a little rude - they can ignore you while having personal, inappropriate conversations.This is a shame because having a Cooplands on your doorstep is great.I'm giving it 5 stars for the simple fact it's a Cooplands on our doorstep and would encourage people to use it.Food is FAR superior than competitors like Greggs.

Went in today and was greeted by friendly staff. Prices were the same as any other cooplands. The location is perfect if you're going to Heron or the Spar as it is literally very close to them all. Card payments are also accepted which was helpful for myself as I had no cash. Will be returning again.

Absolutely amazing staff members! Always get served with a smile, can?t fault anything they all work hard and all do amazing , lovely bunch in the nunsthorpe branch!!! food is a 5 star and service 5 star, can?t thank you guys enough for what you do!!
