No basic food hygiene at all! Visited recently with my sister and the shop assistant who had just served my sister started making my bun without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She was coughing whilst preparing my food and didn't even attempt to cover her mouth with her arm. I told her I didn't want it for those reasons. There was another shop assistant also not wearing gloves whilst preparing food. This is basic food hygiene people, I mean come on. I won't be visiting this store again that's for sure. Disgusting!

I went to the bakery (Cooplands) in Grimsby, the Customer Service Assistant was mopping the floor, she stopped came to serve me without hand wash; what she did she took g-clothes wipe her hand then I asked her
Is that a hand wash? she said yes
And I told her I never see a hand wash like that and she stayed quiet. I took the pastry but I cannot eat because it is awful.
