Great shop, great staff, can't complain at all and the only reason CEX isn't a 5 star is because no one gets that from me as that would mean perfect and there's no such thing as there's always room for improvement.

Awful service, wouldn?t buy my elite controller because the Xbox light up button was a different colour (its a customisable feature on the device that can be changed back, how do the workers not even know their own products) and then when i came back after the testing, said to their colleague they forgot to test it then without testing it claimed the B button didn?t work (even though it does after taking it back and proving so.)Will not be coming back and appalled with the woman?s service.
