Carpet right, Victoria St grimsby ,absolutely fantastic help from this lovely lady Linda & Corey, wed found a rug we liked i rang to enquire if they did home delivery only because myself and my husband are both poorly , they checked stock ,rang me to keep me updated and sent a link via email to order and pay,this is what I call excellent service so helpful.so linda & Cory you are a credit to the company ,and I'm so grateful for all your help.

Yesterday dad and me called in to the Grimsby branch to pick carpet for his new home .. we were met by a very helpful young man Josh! ( I think that?s his name do apologise!) he had every patience with us as we made choice after choice and on the 3rd attempt by us to get what we thought was the best we made dad?s purchase.. I have to say the patience of this young man and his very friendly outlook certainly helped us immenselyThank you and we?re looking forward to seeing the end result.. thanks again Michael, Karen and Max!

Thanks for the excellent service I received from staff at CarpetRight today. Although this has always been the case, we have bought all our carpets from them over the last 15 years.The staff were helpful but not intrusive. Chose a carpet and underlay everything was done very professionally. Although Cory was new to his position he did an excellent job. The manager was there to ensure all went well. Got a great deal. Thanks again looking forward to it being fitted.

Brandon helped us while we was deciding on a carpet. He was a lovely guy, helpful but not pushy with great customer service skills. There was a new guy there too (Ive forgotten his name but he was a West Ham fan ...his only downfall) who was also lovely . Thank you guys

Visited the shop last week and was greeted by dane which he was very respectful and helpful for me, he sorted me out a quote for my front room, he did very well and gave me a reasonable quote within my budget. His a new employee and I had a great experience from him
