The staff were just a bit rude when we ordered, it was a quiet time at 1330 but it we felt rushed when ordering our food and drinks. Its normally a nice place but just this time it was a bit of a let down.

Staff are kind and wickedly quick at their jobs. Muffins are generous. Coffee is delicious. Superior in every way to the other coffee shop in the shopping centre, naming no names *cough*Costa*cough*. A very nice place to sit and relax, read a book or people watch after I've been rushing around doing various errands all morning.

First visit this morning to the grimsby store, I loved the local vibe, and little history regarding odin and the masked one. I was served by Carol and Chelsea two amazing people, who was happy to serve me my new favourite coffee. I loved seeing fresh dough being made in the background by people who care.
