Honestly had THE best Swedish massage ever from Laura who has magic hands ? and was so well taken care of by Louie who showed us around. Chatted to Tracy as we wandered around who made us feel so welcome and was so lovely x Fabulous service and the most friendly staff I?ve encountered at a spa. We were always greeted with a smile throughout our day. I will be back x

Decent place just to busy all the time. Pool area to small for the amount of members and not enough gym equipment, staff are all fantastic though.

Receptionists were both entirely unhelpful, rude and made everything unnecessarily difficult .

Not as high end as expected, the gym is not very good, pools and sauna are nice but not very classy, massage was brilliant but not as long as expected, staff are very friendly though

The fitness team are really professional and super friendly.
Our main Bannatyne gym is Tamworth staffs but we used Humberston while we were away for a few days. There are couple of things that need updating but we gave 5 stars because the team and their clients made us so welcome.
Definitely coming back, thank you so much to everyone at Humberston Bannatyne.

I?d give 0 stars if I could, we turned up for a spa day which we booked and apparently someone had called and said we wasn?t coming therefore our day was cancelled, however we did not call to cancel. They said they could ?squeeze? us in even though we were booked in, the massage was rushed and lasted 15 minutes, we asked if we still had access to the other facilities such as the pool steam room etc and a member of staff from the spa went to the reception to ask for us, then we could over hear the receptionist talking about us in a rude manner while we were stood in the room next door. We were told we still had access to the facilities as we?ve paid for the day however they made us feel really uncomfortable and an inconvenience for turning up. We ended up leaving after our rushed massage as the whole experience was just awful. I would not recommend visiting here.

Visited for a spa day for 2 (me and my partner) and we also received a massage. Everything was absolutely amazing, the massage was fantastic and so worth it. Reception staff are very helpful and gave us a tour to show up where all the facilities were. Lovely pools, modern sauna and steam room and lovely and warm jacuzzi. Wasn?t relatively busy so we got to enjoy all amenities. Look forward to our next visit, thank you

At first glance, Bannatyne Health Club & Spa looked like a solid choice ? but that impression didn?t last long. The facilities quickly showed signs of neglect and lack of investment. My wife was especially disappointed by the women?s changing and shower areas, which were genuinely poor and far from what you?d expect at a ?premium? spa.
We used the pool and sauna for the first four months, then never went back. The café was a major letdown: most of the food seemed microwaved, and the smoothies weren?t fresh. There was nothing premium about the place, despite the branding. The pool temperatures were all over the place, and calling it a ?spa? feels overly generous.
The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because we didn?t use the gym long enough to give it a fair rating ? otherwise, it would?ve been lower.

Amazing facility?s, definitely worth the price of the membership, never a bad experience. Extremely friendly, encouraging, welcoming and helpful staff/PT?s. Great experience every time, lots of equipment in the gym, always very clean, with really great classes available.
