I do love asda but the one thing I hate about this store is that the cafe is alway short staffed so they stop doing hot food which really a anoring when you just wa t a hot meal and the prices for hot meal have gone up and the quality Hads dropped to a really low standard

I ordered 4 products online, they were replaced with the cheapest products and damaged, if I ordered products at an average price, not the most expensive, and they were not on the shelf, why replace them with something like that, moldy tomatoes and instead of kiwis, mandarins. You don't have what I ordered, don't put it back. Conclusion the worst service.

Phones asking if changing rooms, told they are and open request. Drove down 1 hour later, got my many jeans and nope not enough staff to open changing room. All in 1 hour. Is it me.or is it ridiculas I can't try clothes on in supermarkets since covid in 2021? Customer service s3ems.none existent after covid..

Ripped off big time! Charged twice for items ! Spent 200 quid so when packing ya shopping you don?t see what they are doing.. overcharged by nearly 30 quid.. trying to get hold of anyone is appalling!

Have been ordering for weeks now for click and collect and there are four or five items out of stock each time we order. We have to go elsewhere to complete our shopping. You either have Picking staff who can't be bothered to look for items or you should operate a minimum stock level. If suppliers are letting you down change them.

Superb.. Plus decent breakfast.. Oh no wait a min.. I was 5 mins late for breakfast (And really only needed breakfast) Alas refused.. I thought of begging (didn't) but Did try to explain my need.. Not listened to not interested. Rules are Rules... Apparently.. Oh dear.. Never Again..

I went to Asda today to use the cash machine (the 1st one on the left by the entrance/exit) with the intent to withdraw £10. The machine wouldn?t allow me to withdraw that amount, or £20, £30 until I reached £40. The machine also wouldn?t allow me to remove my card until I entered a number which I could withdraw so my card was trapped inside the ATM. It?s lucky I had £50 in my account to allow me to actually make the £40 withdrawal. Won?t be using the cash machines at Asda again and I know it?s not my cards fault because I used it in town 20 minutes later and everything was fine. Nobody else seemed to have a problem with the other machine so perhaps the one I used was just dodgy.
