Absolutely traumatic experience. This stuff never should deal with customers especially in pharmacy.

Disorganised when the pharmacist can be bothered to turn up.on time and not when he or she feels it's ok too Asda need to take note queues are rediculously long as a result in the slap dash approach they adopt here steps need to be taken to run this department more efficiently and cost effective

Doctor sent a prescription 2 days prior, I collected it and was missing my needles for my insulin (Diabetic), returned with the barcode, given from my doctors as they had definitely put it through, Pharmacist was adamant they had not received a request for needles and refused to listen to me when I told her I had the barcode. No matter what I said, I was wrong. Had to request another prescription of needles from my doctor.

Absolutely shockingly rude staff. I thought she was winding me up at first. When I told her I was there to collect my prescription she looked at me like I'd asked for it at the Pizza Counter! Tutting, huffing and eye rolling her way through entering the details. She then made me repeat the D.O.B several times in earshot of other customers, (GDPR) then asked her colleage to ask "because I don't understand a word" - perhaps a basic understanding of English and being dragged up with a few basic manners is what is needed here. NEVER AGAIN.(Visitied 11/11/22 @ 18:00 if that means anything to anyone at Asda - which judging by the comments it clearly does not.

The pharmacist was rude, abrupt and ignorant, raising her voice to reiterate her answer to me without listening! The assistant was very nice. Other customers were shocked by her unprofessional and inappropriate attitude.

Great personal service. They know my prescription and always make sure it is the correct brand of item. I stopped using them during 2020 lockdown as it was more convenient to use my GPs pharmacy, but after repeated mistakes there I went back to using Asda and they have not disappointed. 5*

Just been "kicked out" of Asda Pharmacy Grimsby for arriving 7 minutes before the advertised closing time of 8pm by a very rude Pharmacist who shouted "we literally close in like 2 minutes! No prescriptions!" when I approached the till.I went to Tesco next door who are open until 10pm and take for prescriptions up until the advertised time.

Went in my lunch hour as needed a dressing for a burn. Pharmacist on a break and pharmacy closed between 1pm and 1.30pm which is fine, so i went back at 5.30pm when i finished work and waited in the que until 6pm the pharmacist went on break at 6pmUntil 6.30pm so the dispenser told me she was not allowed to serve me the dressing until he came back at 6.30? . Went back the next morning ( 3rd attempt ) as no other pharmacy open at that time pharmacy was open but no pharmacist . ???? Do they have a pharmacist? The despencer was clearly embarrassed esp when i asked why i wasn't allowed to have the dressing i required without the pharmacist being there and also thet he was on yet another break. Felt absolutely let down by them. I never did get the dressing i needed.

An instore pharmacy as part of the main Asda Grimsby store. Quite well stocked and the staff are fairly helpful but depending on who you get their knowledge can be a bit limited, although obviously the Pharmacist would be very knowledgeable but not always available. You can also pay for other items there if in a bit of a hurry as long as you only have a few things.
