Is this agent ever open? And where has Julie gone? Called the office several times spoke to someone said Hi I'm Tash also said I'll call you back still waiting actually she had no clue anyway so I've taken my business elsewhere my advice would be don't rely on them to sell your property

Julie was a delight to deal with and I am sure she would have been tenacious and got the deal through smoothly if a buyer had been found. Drawback 1 was made clear to us at the outset but we did not appreciate the importance of them being a franchise i.e. each branch is out for themselves rather than a sharing attitude...

Have been dealing with the Grantham office.. So far, has been a very positive experience - and compares very well with other agents! We have mainly dealt with Tash - who has been very courteous and responsive to all our questions and requirements etc..... So thank you. Your help has been very appreciated...
