My wife ordered six fencing panels from our local Wickes Store in Grantham. She arranged delivery and this was handled by their contractor, City Sprint.
We were advised, on the due date, that they would arrive before 7pm.
The van turned up just before seven with the last delivery of the day. Kimbert (NG67) the driver, who had already had a long day and was facing a fair journey home to Mansfield, immediately offered to help us get them to the part of our property where we needed to store them. A journey of twists and turns and ducking under tree branches!
My wife and I are pensioners and this act of kindness was very much appreciated by us.
Kimbert is a credit to his employers City Sprint and their clients Wickes. We wanted his attitude and kindness to be recognised.

I went into the Grantham store today and was served by Ashliegh, who was so helpful and professio al. Nothing was too much trouble. A very nice change from a lack of customer care and management you usually get from other shops and stores. And then another lovely person started to help with setting up a trade account for me. Her name wasTina and she was again, so helpful and professional. It turns out that Tina was Ashlieghs wife!!! How good is that. I called them double trouble lol. Thanks to you both. It was a very enjoyable customer experience.

We met alannah mcnaughton in store and she was brilliant. We were looking for a kitchen and bathroom and she was straight onto it. So professional and friendly. Made us feel very relaxed.

Very disappointed as the bathroom designer was very friendly, but once the bathroom was fitted and we have had problems it's almost impossible to get anyone to come back and help! We spent £8000 on a bathroom a year ago and it's still not right!

Today was not a good visit. Bought a kitchen a few months ago. Due to personal reasons we are only just getting to the finishing touches. Went to get a backboard only to find its discontinued. Kitchen has been a struggle from the start
