The service provided at this pharmacy is so quick and amazing! The staff: Amy and Barbara, are so polite, helpful and respectful. They?ve really changed the pharmacy around from a year ago. I can?t recommend this pharmacy enough now, they provide many services and are always so welcoming and friendly!

Staff member was polite. But the wait for perscription is too long. Sometimes 7 days! I've now moved pharmacys

Never had a problem with this pharmacy and always receive good service. Get a text when medication is ready to collect. Very happy with this pharmacy. The only niggle is, you have to dodge the massive potholes in the car park, not the pharmacy's responsibility though.

Absolute nightmare worst possible customer service. I moved from st. Peter's Hill just because of availability of parking. Survived two month of picking up prescription - once I had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes and then sone grumpy woman tokd me that noting is ready... and it is just one of many issues. I have seen man with cancer waiting for his prescription.... bloody 15 minutes just to find bag - he hasn't been offered any seat.Keep away if you can. I moved to Barrowby Gate pharmacy - should have done it months earlier.

I booked a flu vaccine online, only to be told the day the appointment was cancelled. The reason why this happened is that there was no one available to give the vaccine. A locum pharmacist arrived 30 minutes late for their shift and was not qualified to provide vaccines.An extremely poorly run service. I suggest you avoid it at any cost if you value your sanity.

I Do not recommend this pharmacy as Your nominated pharmacy,got prescription issued Tuesday morning and it?s Friday morning but prescriptions are still not available for collection.

They dont answer the phone ever so you can check to make sure your prescription is available, my blood pressure tablets were supposed to be in on a thursday, I waited until the following wednesday, they said they had issues at the supply chain, not my fault, worst service ever, spent one day in bed with dangerously high blood pressure

Long waiting times.Very slow at dispensing medicine (can take 2 weeks for a prescription to be ready if sent by the doctor).
