Sold my 95 year old Father an airtime contract (at twice his existing cost with EE) when all he wanted was to buy a new phone and move his sim card from the old to the new. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest. Avoid Vodafone Grantham.

Love this store, having bought wardrobes, bed settle, pillows and gorgeous fur lined 7.5 tog duvets. All good quality and reasonable prices. Wheelchair accessible entrance, car park on a bit of a slope. Ample walking room inside store. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend to shop here.

Absolutely useless. Lied directly to us about our order and refused to take responsibility for failing to deal with our problems. Phone was 4 days late as they hadn't informed us it had arrived then we miraculously had the email while sitting there! Their phone is constantly turned off so you can't contact them.

Vodafone shop was a pleasant experience the staff were knowledgeable and really helpful they could answer all my questions and didn't push the most expensive items at me, I will certainly use them again.
