Sold my 95 year old Father an airtime contract (at twice his existing cost with EE) when all he wanted was to buy a new phone and move his sim card from the old to the new. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest. Avoid Vodafone Grantham.

The shop was busy so went about town to have a coffee. Greeted by Pavol when entering the shop. Asked to take a seat and Pavol went about sorting sorting my issues for me. Very friendly and courteous and got the job done. Thank you.
