It's difficult to give anything more the 3/5. Not a complaint but, ya know, it's basic. But the price is fair for what you get.

I can?t express how wonderful the staff were during my family?s stay. Reception was welcoming and helpful, but I want to give special thanks to Caroline, who went above and beyond on her night shift. Her kindness and dedication made such a difference to our visit, and I?ll be forever grateful.

Stopped for one night. Great location and handy for getting on and off the A1. Nicole on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh, and it appears they have renovated the rooms as the bathroom was new. There is a Burger King and Greggs attached to the hotel.

Good rest stop with useful walkable nearby stuff. We used the truck stop round the corner for dinner & breakfast and I went for a run through the old airfield.

Not the best. You can hear all the noises of people walking upstairs and doors slamming. All's there was no hand soap in the dispenser.

I stopped here 1/4/20225 I work away from home During the week.
Stayed in many places.
The lady on reception who had the late shift was so friendly made me feel so welcome.
We chatted for ages.
She is a credit to your company.
For that warm welcome I will be returning.

3 stars for the tricky way to get to the car park and the VAST potholes.... otherwise a pretty decent Travelodge with very welcoming staff. Onsite Greggs, Burgerking and more to satisfy the biggest of desires for processed food ?. Location is ideal for Stamford and Grantham.

Sad, empty. No staff obviously available at the service concession. Had to stand and wait for someone to serve us. This is NOT hospitality.

Rooms: Looked as though the decorators had left that morning! Paint tacky and overall needed a post decorating clean up. Not great.
