Came to store for IT help and I was given a full health check on my phone. Emails are back up and running. I'm much happier knowing my account and phone are secure. Would recommend a visit for all your mobile phone needs

2 years ago I went to this store to upgrade my phone. They told me I wasn't eligible to upgrade until the next day; if I upgraded that day I would have to pay an early upgrade fee. I told him its no problem, I'll come back the next day, I don't live far away. Then they said one minute, I'll look into your account. They then told me so it's OK to upgrade today, you won't actually have to pay an early upgrade fee. I said cool, picked a phone and tablet and took them home. When I got them home I found I was given had the 'lite' version of the phone I chose. I was in a very low time of my life and I don't want to call or go back there cos I really couldn't deal with that at the time, so I researched the two phones and found the specs weren't massively different so I left it. A few days later when the first direct debits came out, I was shocked and disappointed to find an extra £105 was taken out of my bank account. I called 3 customer service, who said they don't know why, and to call the store I got the phone from. So i did and spoke to the manager. I think her name was Cherry. She basically said there's nothing she can do and only offered to give me a voucher for £20 but I would have to come into the store in person to get it. As I mentioned I was going through a very hard time in my life, and it took a lot for me to even call 3 and the store, so I never ended up going in for the voucher, but £20 can't make up by being scammed out of £105 by these two employees, a male and a female. I recently spoke to 3 about this again while discussing the upgrade I was just due again, and they finally confirmed that £105 was for an early upgrade fee. So that day they told me an outright lie and to advance of me. I asked them a few times throughout the upgrade process, are you sure I definitely won't have to pay anything extra, and they kept saying no. 2 years later and I'm still disgusted those two employees did that, and that both the manager Cherry did nothing, and neither did 3 customer service, even though now I'm ending my contract and switching to another provider, they keep saying to me I'm a valued customer and they don't want me to leave as I've been with them for 10 years. More lies. I know no big business cares about their customers, but this was a horrible situation for me and I warm people about doing business with the 3 store in Grantham

Chris and Lorna were really helpful when I visited the store. Both went above and beyond to help sort out my issues and were happy to explain everything when I didn?t understand. I now feel I have a great deal and am all set up to go. Thank you for all of your help x
