I could spend a small fortune here! Had so much helpful stuff and reasonably priced which is great for new home owners needed the few essential bits for their home.

Plants clearly marked 20% off but not given at the till. Assistant not prepared to call the manager and refused to honour the 20% discount saying offer had finished. The plants hadn?t been watered and starting to wilt so not even worth full price!

Shop is messy, and pricing/offers don't come up on the tills. No point asking about the offer prices - one member of staff confirmed offer price to me however the person on the till said it's not valid offer and this was whilst the other member of staff was standing next to him repeatedly saying it's the offer. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last time for me, won't be shopping here again. Staff needs re-training as they don't seem to understand each other or able to work the tills properly.
