I am totally sick of going to this shop and served by a very bad mannered Indian woman. Over the last 3 years I've shopped there not once has she smiled, greeted me, said please and thank or any other word without it being forced out of her. She is spoiling what otherwise is a handy shop. Cost cutter is my local shop now.

The lady, who I think also the manager, is not customer-friendly. I had to pay much then I should do even there wasn?t any warnings. I will write a detailed complain to Tesco Customer Services?

I've had to start refusing customers that want me to send parcels through Evri because I don't feel welcome posting them in this store. The staff make it very clear that they do not like me posting parcels there and feel passive aggressive. I always tried to be polite as well but I won't be returning to use their Evri service anymore now. The shops its self is always stocked though so theres that.
