Recently had an eye examination at the Grantham store. I am really impressed with the high standard of service I received by all members of staff. Plus the very thorough eye examination. I use to regularly use a different Specsavers store and changed to Grantham store, so pleased I did.

I was delighted to discover that Specsavers Grantham were open on bank holiday and were able to help me with a sight problem that was concerning me. The standard of service from the very courteous pre-appointment call to the the care and attention given to me on the day were worth 5 stars without question. A big shout out for technical assistant Rebecca whose help, consideration and advice deserved 6 stars!
I can highly recommend the branch and staff and my wife will, in due course, book an appointment for her eye test later in the year.

The Grantham store is set out well, there are always staff available to support you. My optician was really good and explained everything really well. Dylan who supported me with locating frames was also really good, he explained all the lens etc that were available to me and their benefits. Collecting my glasses was also very good and they fit really well. I highly recommend the Grantham store.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and informative. Simon the optician was great at explaining exactly what he was doing at all times and made my Daughter and I feel relaxed. The whole process was smooth and easy and made my Daughters first experience a good one!
