Staff always friendly when I go in, good local shop if you need to pop in for stuff on way home.

I made an online order and they sent me the wrong item, called them and they refused to send me a refund or pick the item back up for an exchange during their delivery rounds. Honestly, useless and lying to me that they'd emailed me about the item swap when all emails disagree.
