Comfortable seats, plenty of leg room.CleanNot too expensuve for tickets, snacks and drinks slightly more than purchasing anywhere else, but expected in these venues.

Very clean and comfortable seats not too loud just white good picture good sounding staff always on Hand to help and very helpful. A nice warm inside drinks are very nice and hot food is good. I must say and Chris are lovely I have no fault whatsoever with them. They got 100% on me

I won?t be returning to The Savoy again, when there are more friendly, cheaper, local cinemas with less stressful nearby car parks. We were unsympathetically told that we would have to pay for an adult ticket for my just turned 16 year old son who is studying A levels at Sixth Form. (It?s a school sixth so there isn?t a Student Union) therefore he doesn?t have a SU card. We then returned to our car in the small multi-storey car park next door to find our car locked in! Apparently it?s locked after 7:30 every night. It doesn?t state this on the large parking charges sign by the pay machine on the 3rd floor! This also isn?t mentioned on the cinema web page which recommends this car park. I managed to get someone In security to temporarily open the shutters however I may now receive a fine! A very expensive night out indeed. I won?t be back.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CINEMA SPOTLESS AND CLEAN.The staff are Amazing and exceed our expectations every time we book ??????????5star rating from start to finish. The staff always are what make this cinema so special and an excellent night out . They could not be more helpful and Jade the manager is 100 % passionate about delivering the best customer experience in every part of your journey. The team always have an exceptional attitude and manner. Always polite , pleasant and extremely attentive. Whenever I call that always pick up the phone immediately and answer any questions or queries, with knowledge and professionalism. The savoy is a hidden gem and an absolute joy to visit. The toilets are the best I have ever had at a cinema. Food and drinks we always purchase as quick and easy at great combo prices. This team deserves recognition for their hard work and efforts in making the film / entertainment industry after Covid , a place which we must value so much, as to have such great films on offer at affordable prices makes the film industry a place we can all enjoy so much. Well done Grantham savoy and see you soon for another much appreciated visit .

A nice and relatively new cinema in Grantham. It's always clean and the staff are always pleasant. 2 for 1 tickets with Meerkat Movies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well which make for a cheap trip out. Snacks and drinks are expensive, as you would expect, but you can always bring your own. There is a multi storey car park literally down the road with cheaper rates after 6pm. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Seats are comfortable and clean. Screens are a little bit cramped, and the smaller ones are a little bit cramped. You feel like you're too close to the screen. The sound is great, and the snacks and drinks are the normal extortionate price they are anywhere. Its good because its new and fresh . Double couple seats are great if you have young kids that want to spread out and lounge or sit close to you.

Took my daughter to see Barbie. We were served quickly and with a welcoming smile when we entered.We enjoyed the movie in comfortable seats, with a tango ice blast, popcorn, and sweets.

Take your own seat or a cushion for anything over 2 hours long. That's my only criticism. Seats are not the best for tall people.Venue was clean, tidy, well presented. Good staff and queue for drink and food was pretty fast.Enjoyable but uncomfortable in the end. Sorry couldn't leave a better review.

What a shame , just been to see Indianna Jones good film but bad experience. Screen 5 was boiling, made me feel very uncomfortable and a little sick . Myself and several others had to miss some of the film going in and out to fetch water! I asked a member of staff if we could have the aircon on , she said I'll ask the manager. It got no cooler and everyone seemed to feel the same on leaving , waited for 5 mins in reception to speak to someone but the staff had disappeared!!!!Have to say this is not our normal experience of this cinema we normally love it most disappointed on this occasion!

We loved it. We booked to see the little mermaid, and we were not disappointed.The cinema was beautifully clean and the food fab. We had giant hot dogs. Popcorn and sweetie cup. The employees were polite and knowledgeable and were highly turned out. We even managed to find out about Wednesday offers and also the school holiday kids club, including party planning.Thank you for making our mummy and me date night perfect. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?. Xxx The youngs.And we are also local so will be going again soon. Xx
