I?m currently in the process of completing a house purchase with the Grantham branch. The small team have been welcoming and helpful, from the initial viewing with Luke through to Matt and Mark at Stonebow keeping me updated with the legal and financial side. Simon and particularly Demi have been outstanding with regular phone calls to advise about progress with the sale and make the whole procedure feel personal. Not having purchased a house since the 1990?s, it all seemed daunting at first but the team have been very professional and explained the many aspects that I needed to know. The regular updates have been very reassuring and made the whole process much more straightforward than I was expecting. Many thanks to the team; great job!

We completed on our purchase in May after only putting an offer forward end of February. Right from the start of the process Mark & Demi were so professional and nothing was too much to ask of them. Mark was so reassuring in answering all of our questions as first time buyers. And Demi was chasing our sale through on a daily basis and constantly providing us with updates without having to ask her. We couldn?t have done it without them!
