Went in a couple of days ago as I'd become a new owner of a hognose snake, spoke to a member of staff who introduced me to his colleague Paul, I had questions which Paul seemed to be very informed and patiently took me through set ups, food and things I would need listened to what I was saying and also put me right if I got something wrong, I went in an unsure new snake owner and walked out a more informed with a lighter wallet and more importantly a better informed snake ? owner with ideas on set ups food etc. Thank you Paul for the great advice.

The store is worthy of 5*, however getting off the retail park is an absolute nightmare. Won't be in a hurry to revisit. Pity.

Great store, knowledgeable friendly staff, I've actually taking the star off because the reef it makes it feel very clinical and like a doctor's surgery. They now don't get enough live food in for lizards etc.
